What can I expect from the Feng Shui Store?

December 2022 Shipping update
With strikes taking place in many different industries in the UK at the moment, we would recommend placing your order early for Chinese New Year as we will experience delays in shipping with Royal Mail postal service striking throughout December.
Deliveries are still going through as normal although there will be a delay so please be sure to prepare early as there is nothing we can do on our end to speed this process up, unfortunately.
Royal Mail workers are due to strike on six days in the lead-up to Christmas, including Christmas Eve, which is said to be one of the busiest days of the year for them.
The dates are set to be the 9th, 11th, 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th of December.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are sent within 1-3 working days. If there are any delays we always notify you and please bear in mind that Christmas and Chinese New Year is our busiest time of year and orders can take longer.
Is it safe to shop on your site?
We use Sagepay and Paypal for payment as these are the most secure payment methods available and the whole checkout process is 100% secure and in eighteen years we have never once had a problem. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sagepay or Paypal systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. However, if you are still unhappy about using a credit card online you can send your order and pay by phone, fax or post.
How can I order from the Feng Shui Store?
In several ways:

If you wish to place an order on line, enter the quantity of the product you require and click on the Buy Now button. This will add the item(s) to your shopping cart, which will be displayed for you. At any time you may view your order by clicking on the View Your Shopping Cart button at the top of every page.
When you have finished shopping, take a final look at your shopping cart and from this page you may proceed to the check out. You will need to confirm your delivery details and the shipping information. Finally, you will be asked to confirm your payment details. You may pay by credit or debit card, or if you wish, you can submit your order and we will call you to arrange payment.

Delivery to the Philippines usually takes around 14 working days so I would recommend having the order delivered to Qatar. Depending on your local delivery service, the order should go to your selected address.

Hello,
Earlier today, I was notified that the item which I pre-ordered on November 28 (order #57952) is now available for download, and that I could do so by logging in to “My Account” section of the website. I then proceeded to create an account (because I hadn’t created one when I pre-ordered the item) and, after logging in to it, wasn’t able to find the pre-ordered item in the “Downloads” tab.
I would be very grateful if you could resolve this issue so that I can download the purchased item.

Maybe this is not the best place to ask my question, sorry for that and thank you for the April star analysis.Here I go.. In April #3 star is visiting the Northeast and the remedy suggested is red/fire … I understand that applies from April 4th to May 3rd but I still have a concern as normally red/fire is forbidden here as it nourishes #5 annual star… in the other hand in the Northwest for the annual #3 was recommended red/fire and this month we have to avoid it because of the monthly visiting star… I\’m lost… How does energy makes the difference between annual or monthly remedies in the same sector? It seems to me that fire is less welcome in NE that in NW this month, am I wrong?

Hi Monica,
As we have the monthly #3 wood star in the north-east, this can potentially destroy the annual #5 earth (wood destroys earth) and can cause a lot of problems which is why I recommended introducing the fire element as this will weaken the wood star as this is the more influential Flying Star compared to the annual #5 star and also this enhances the inherent energies of the north-east which is also an earth star.
It is always a fine balance between the monthly, annual and fixed Flying Stars and the advice we give can only be used on the annual and monthly stars. It is always better to do a complete natal chart similar to what our Feng Shui Software can create as this will give you more detailed and personalised information.

The software recommends a lot of the Cures and gives advice where to place them and also colour schemes, shapes etc to place in each area.
When you input your facing direction and property construction date, the software calculates the 9 different sectors and makes suggestions on each area.

Hello, I have a question about the essential oils please. But first I must say how much I love them, they smell amazing…I am now spoiled of all other oils out there 🙂 Thank you!!
Question: I don\’t know what rules to follow; the Min Gua report is what I\’m supposed to use for directions on where to burn the oils but, there are 4 of us living in living in the house. Of course we all have different readings, what might be ones Sheng Chi direction, will be another\’s Yan Nian, another\’s Lui Sha, and another\’s Chuch Ming…very confusing please help.
And where it says \”never burn the essential oils here,\” can I still burn the space clearing oils in that area?

The best colours for a car for yourself are different shades of blues and black. Look for water tones in a colour, the darker and deeper the colour the more effective it will be. Enhancing colours are colours that will feed your personal element. In this case water feeds wood.

The best colour dresses for New Years Eve for you are blues, blacks and greens. I would avoid colours like White, grey, gold, silver, reds, pink and lilac if you can as these colours will not be of any benefit to you and are your reducing colours.

I wish to purchase your e book for 2014. I found I had to register as a new customer (no ability to check out as a guest) and also provide my street address and other details when I am intending to pay by credit card over the internet. All this has made me feel less interested in buying this book as I don\’t necessarily want my details all over the internet when it is not necessary.
