Eu Shipping notice – 16-02-21
Like many companies, we are currently experiencing issues with shipping orders to EU destinations due to Brexit and delays with COVID. It is likely that there will be delays in receiving orders at the moment.
As an EU Customer, you no longer pay VAT through our website. The VAT will be applied at customs, please check your countries details for more specific information on this. All EU parcels are subject to customs fees. Please take this into account when making a purchase on our website as we cannot calculate the current fees due to differences in each country and we cannot be liable for any customs and VAT charges incurred.
We are working to resolve the issues that have come from Brexit and the lack of guidance and hopefully, the situation will settle down once everyone gets used to the new post-Brexit delivery updates.
What can I expect from the Feng Shui Store?
We pride ourselves in our fast delivery times and have shipped to over 118 different countries since we established in 1999. We only deal with high end, long standing delivery companies and offer an extremely reliable service.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are sent within 1-3 working days. If there are any delays we always notify you and please bear in mind that Christmas and Chinese New Year is our busiest time of year and orders can take longer.
Covid-19 update – Wednesday 15th April 2020.
Please note that deliveries are currently taking longer than usual and some delays are to be expected due to restrictions on movement to minimise the spread of the Coronavirus. We are still shipping orders as usual although it would be wise to check that your country is still receiving and delivering post.
We hope that you are all staying safe and healthy during this terrible time and that this pandemic is not causing too much distress for you and your loved ones.
This is a terrible time to be going through around the world and in times like this, it is so amazing to see all the good that is taking place during this pandemic; we have strangers helping each other and so much love and good being shown in the world.
We will be carrying on as usual with our work hours and will be taking extensive measures to ensure hygiene and safety is practised at all times in the workplace. We will be shipping orders as we normally would and will be following our governments advice.
We are lucky enough to be a family run business so that we can limit our exposure and self isolate while still being able to carry on working. As an online store, our warehouse is based in a remote location so that we can carry on sending out orders and then catch up on emails and maintain the website from home.

Is it safe to shop on your site?
We use Sagepay, Paypal and Google Checkout for payment as these are the most secure payment methods available and the whole checkout process is 100% secure and in ten years we have never once had a problem. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. However, if you are still unhappy about using a credit card online you can send your order and pay by phone, fax or post.
How much is delivery?
For the UK we have a very generous flat fee of £2.95 for postage and packing. So you can order as much as you like without paying extra.
Please note postage for software is charged at £2.95 GB Pounds regardless of where in the world it is sent. When ordering online shipping charge for software will show at a higher price, however, since we process credit cards manually we are able to adjust payment accordingly and you will not be charged more that £2.95 for any Feng Shui software. This of course does not apply to any special offers we may have like the annual cures and enhancers kits etc.
We deal with overseas customers on a daily basis and over the last 16 years, we have shipped to over 118 different countries and pride ourselves of the overseas service that we offer which is extremely prompt and cost effective – shipping rates are calculated before you finalise your order – so remember to complete the shipping information correctly by confirming the delivery zone (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, rest of world etc).
Is it possible to collect my items?
Unfortunately we do not allow parcels to be collected as we are an internet based company and have no physical retail shop.

We accept the following payments:

- Postal order
What happens when I place an order online?
Once you have placed your order online and submitted the order to us, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order and it is being processed. The confirmation email may get lost in your “Junk” folder so please check in there if you have not received an email.
Can I return my products for a refund?
If you are not fully satisfied with your goods, then simply return them to us within 7 days and we will be delighted to refund or replace your order. You must phone or contact us in advance before sending any item back to us. Refunds do not apply to software, DVD’s, CD’s, books and essential oils as these items are non refundable.
When returning goods remember to package them securely in the original packaging and to obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post office or carrier, in case your parcel fails to reach us.
Can I change my order once I have placed it?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure that you take time to review that you have ordered the correct products when you are going through the checkout process. You have seven days to return an item after you have received it but please make sure you ask for a returns number from us before returning your order.
Can I get my delivery and invoice sent to different addresses?
Not a problem. When you are completing your order, simply put your address in the bill to address and put the details of where you want your parcel delivered to in the delivery address.
Can you post my delivery overseas?
Of course we can. We ship our products to over 118 different countries all over the world. All of our pricing for delivery to overseas is automatically calculated when you checkout so you will know exactly how much it will cost you to ship to different countries.
