With the beginning of the year of the Goat taking place in February, the Rat will have a lot of hopes and aspirations for the year ahead and they will need to accept that February is month of highs and lows and the Rat should not expect too much this month without very careful planning although many problems can be alleviated by placing your Annual Cures and Enhancers. February can turn out to be a good month for the Rat but they will need to be very careful with big plans.
