This is actually a real building which was built as an attempt to highlight the need for better global sanitation by Sim Jae- duck, the chairman of the organising committee of the Inaugural General Assembly of the World Toilet Association. This building is named Haewoojae (AKA Mr Toilet House) and this is the website for the building http://www.haewoojae.com/.

With regards to the Feng Shui of this building, having the centre missing isn’t necessarily a bad thing as many old emperors palaces and Buddhist temples were built in the same kind of way (not like a toilet, but the same missing centre) as it is believed that this would let Qi flow more freely although I would not recommend knocking the middle of your house out or building a new home like this as there has to be a special land formation in place.

In Feng Shui, what you see is what you get; what you see here is the shape of a toilet which can be seen as negative although this could work well in their favour as this building is not lived in and is more of a showcase for visitors. Feng Shui Consultations like this are extremely complex and Michael can usually take weeks deciding the shape of the new buildings as he has take in to account the occupants dates of birth, type of business, land formation, year of build etc. This is what is so exciting in Feng Shui in that every single building, regardless of where it is in the world, will have its own unique footprint of energy and different cures and enhancers will need to be placed alongside the annual cures for each year.

  1. Hi there,

What can I do about my house being in front of a T-junction?
Sadly, it is a one way street with the traffic poining towards the house.
    Thanks

    1. Hi Mrs H,

The best option for this is to place a Ba Gua wealth protection mirror above your front door as this will deflect any negative energy and poison arrows coming towards your home from the traffic.

      I hope this helps.

      Kind regards,
      Daniel
