Feng Shui Store Newsletter July 2013
I hope you have been keeping well and enjoying the summer and for those of you in the southern hemisphere I hope your winter is being kind to you. The weather all over the world has been so diverse this year with hurricanes in Oklahoma and floods in Europe and for us in the UK we have not seen hardly any sun at all (“par for the course” with Wimbledon fortnight and Glastonbury) so far in 2013 and we are now told that because the Atlantic ocean has warmed up over the years we can expect soggy summers for the next ten years but don’t panic, they do predict sunny spells in 2021.
With this in mind we thought we could bring a little sunshine through your mailbox and you will glad to hear that after thousands of emails and requests over the last few years, we have decided to reinstate our world famous Feng Shui newsletter.
As with previous editions our Feng Shui newsletter is packed with information, tips and advice on all aspects of Feng Shui and NOT a newsletter that is filled with a load of pushy sales talk. It also contains all the monthly flying stars, Chinese animals and Almanac information.
I hope you enjoy reading this newsletter and please share this with your friends!
Best wishes and remember to enjoy the little things, one day you may look back and realise they were the big things. Have a wonderful July.
Over the years I have read hundreds of books on Feng Shui and every year we are sent around 10-15 books to review, some are good, some bad; the biggest problem is conflicting advice. One book will tell you that you should never place water in the south and another book will give you complete opposite advice and say you should, who do you believe? Read the rest of the article here
Use the Almanac daily to help you in selecting the most auspicious days and times for activities and events such as weddings, renovations, travelling, opening a business and even a good day for digging holes. A Chinese almanac (Chinese calendar) or `Tong Shu’ ‘Tung Sing’ is based on the lunar cycle, providing a guideline that either promotes or advises against certain tasks being undertaken on certain days depending on the combination of the Heavenly Stem and the Earthly Branch. Virtually every home in Asia will have one of these and refer to it daily, it tells you when to do and not to do certain jobs or events – We publish the Almanac daily and monthly so you can plan ahead July 2013 Tong Shu Almanac
