What do we do with this information?

In every building, there are good and bad palaces that affect our daily lives. How and who gets affected (good or bad) depends on who occupies which area of the home or business. The best Cure is to be aware of the influences each month and know how to capitalise on the beneficial energies or avoid the unfavourable influences either through enhancers or cures or avoidance. Knowing the effects of the influences allows us to take appropriate measures and actions to calm interactions.

So, do not get too worried when you come across a particularly bad sector – sometimes with thought, care and the appropriate elements, we can balance any conflict of energies or compensate for the lack of an element to bring harmony to a palace. If a palace is particularly bad, avoidance is the best cure. Please do not panic when you find that your bedroom is located in an affected sector for the month. This is only a temporary influence and can be avoided.

• Use the beneficial areas more and the areas of negative influences less. For example, if the living room is affected by conflicting energies, try not to play loud music in this room for the month. By keeping the area quiet, you successfully manipulate the effect of the energies.
• If possible, use another door if your main door is affected this month.
• Use the good sectors to solve existing problems whether they concern relationships or money matters.

If your main door is affected and this is the only door you have on your property, you should take extra care in what you do during the affected month. You will know it may not be a good time to take risks and also to take extra care of your health.

Xuan Kong Flying Stars October 2021:

From the 8th of October to the 6th of November 2021 is the ninth month Wu Xu  (Yang Earth Dog) of the Xin Chou year (Yin Metal Ox) with the ruling energy of #6 in the central grid. 

In October, we have the annual and monthly flying stars match which will create double energy in the 9 sectors. If you already have your annual cures and enhancers in place for the year, there is nothing that will need to be changed this month although if you do not have your cures in place, please follow the advice below very carefully, especially if you have a living room, office, or bedroom in the north, southeast, southwest or northwest in October.

As we have the annual and monthly stars match up, I have copied in the annual advice for 2021 as this is the best advice you can read for this month.

The best area for candles during October is in the southwest.

The best areas for crystals during October are in the northwest and centre.

Kan 1 White In 2021, Kan trigram is in the south

Kan #1 is a water element. In the physical body, it is the ear. Internal organ it is the kidneys, and it is also blood. It also affects career and luck.

In the year of the Ox, as of 3^rd of February 2021, the annual #1 water star Kan (Tan Lang) has flown into the south of every home, office, and building around the world. The inherent energy of the south is fire which will be controlling energy from the visiting annual star, and we will need to introduce some powerful cures to maximise the visiting energy in this area in 2021.

The south is especially essential for the youngest female of the household and all females in general. To activate the south and enhance wealth, relationship, and career luck, we will need to introduce metal to bridge the gap of elements in the form of a Huangjin Caifu Chuan wealth ship and a special wealth ingot

The main cure that you should place in the south is the Huangjin Caifu Chuan wealth ship as this is a potent and traditional cure and enhancer to enhance and protect the annual #1 future wealth star. The North is not a great area in 2021 and can bring financial and illness problems to all occupants of the home or office, especially the middle son and males in general and will need some extremely powerful cures.

If your home or office has a front door in the North in 2021, it is very important that you do not slam the door and if possible, I would suggest that you install a soft close hinge, as loud noises can activate the maleficent effects of the #2 star. You must also aim to avoid any internal doors or windows being slammed in this area and avoid digging or renovating your property in this area at all costs. If you have no option but to undergo heavy work this year, please make sure that you follow the advice below and also have the relevant cures in place and try to do so when an auspicious monthly flying star flies into the North.

One of the most important cures that you can place in your home or office is to place a set of six Chinese coins tied with red ribbon and a salt water cure, and these are standard in our annual cures and enhancers kits.

The ideal area for the North to fall into in your home or office in 2021 would be in a bathroom, spare room or storage space as these rooms are used less than a bedroom or kitchen and would be less likely to activate from noise. Placing a Metal Wu Lou beside your bed is a good cure if you have no option but to sleep in the north of your home this year as this symbolises good health and dissipates the negative energy of the #2 star.

The best treatment for the north of your home or office during 2021 is to place a salt water cure and six Chinese coins tied with red ribbon. I would also recommend introducing some metal cures in the North as of 3rd  February 2021 such as a metal Wu Lou, singing bowl or other good quality metal objects. However, please make sure that they are smooth in shape and do not use any menacing or pointy objects as this will be counterproductive.

The best cure for the North in 2021 is an avoidance of the area altogether which is near impossible to do, but if you are fortunate enough to be able to avoid 1/9^th of your home, I would still recommend placing the cures for 2021.

Now having given you all this bad news, I will now give some hope for those who are Gua 2, 6, 7 or 8 as while this combination, on the whole, is very bad, it can be good for them in wealth and career, you would still be wise to place the recommended cures as detailed here but the effects of the #2 black will not be bad for you and can even give you positive results.

Please be sure to keep the North of your home or office as quiet as possible during 2021. If you have no choice but to carry out noisy building work, please make sure you have the recommended cures in place and try to use manual tools to keep noise to a minimum.

• Place a salt water cure in the North during 2021
• If you do not wish to use traditional Feng Shui cures, you can use any metal ornament as long as it is not sharp or aggressive looking. Although not as effective, believe it or not, a good cure is a round metal dog bowl or weight lifters weights.
• Hang six Chinese coins tied with red ribbon.
• A good quality brass wealth ingot is good for protecting wealth in the North this year.
• A metal singing bowl is very good to place in your home or office.
• Please keep this area as quiet as possible during 2021.
• Place a Wu Lou and other metal ornaments to dissipate the negative earth.
• Avoid using red colour in this room and refrain from displaying a triangle shape or fiery pictures.
• Avoid candles or bright lights at all costs. Check or upgrade smoke alarms and other fire prevention methods.

Chen 3 Jade, the sound of Lu Chun #3 Jade can be heard in the southwest in 2021

From the 3^rd of February 2021, the annual #3 star will fly into every home, office, and building around the world and the inherent water energy of the southwest will be conflicting with the inauspicious earth star and also with the annual affliction of Sui Po; we will need to treat the southwest carefully during the year of the Ox in order to avoid theft, a loss of wealth, arguments, disputes, legal issues and stress.

If you have a bedroom or office in the southwest, it is very important that you follow the advice below as human interaction can activate the #3 stars influence; this is very important for the eldest female (Matriarch) of the household and all females in general. Please do not panic if you will be spending a lot of time in the southwest throughout the year as this area can be treated with the relevant cures and enhancers for 2021 to avoid issues that the #3 star can bring.

The southwest is particularly afflicted in 2021 as we have Sui Po fall into the area, making this a hazardous place that will require treating along with peace. To Weaken the annual #3 star and also appease Sui Po in 2021, I would recommend placing a pair of Bi You Pi Yao statues in the southwest of your home or office from the 3^rd of February 2021.

If the southwest of your home or office has a front door, please make sure that the door is never slammed as this will likely activate the nasty effects of Sui Po. The worst thing you could do in the southwest from the 3^rd  February 2021 to the 3^rd February 2022 would be to take on any groundbreaking work such as replace window or door frames, knock through an internal wall, build an extension, lay a patio or other similar work. My general rule of thumb for small jobs such as hammering a nail to hang a picture or drill a hole is to minimise as much noise as you can; if you can use a manual hand drill, it is better to be safe than sorry.

To remedy the effects of the annual #3 star flying into the southwest in 2021, I would recommend introducing red decorations and colours into the southwest for the year. Some easy ways to introduce these colours are a red floor mat, cushions or sofa throw. You can also introduce candles, lamps and lights into the southwest for the year to weaken the bad wood star.

You should not place any metal into the southwest in 2021 to control this energy as this will aggravate the annual #3 star; metal colours are ok to use but please do not use too much.

Indoor Water features should not be used in the southwest in 2021 unless you have a good understanding of the fixed flying stars of your property as this can bring arguments, wealth issues, divorce and legal problems into your life; unless you take your land formations, period, mountain and water stars into account, please be very careful.

You may have read in some books or on websites where they say that the #3 wood star can be a good one in period 8 (2004-2024), but in my opinion, it is an extremely unpredictable star, and you should not try to activate it unless you know what you are doing with regards to the flying stars or the Academy of Feng Shui software has advised you to do so.

Please be sure to read through all paperwork during 2021, and double-check before signing anything as the annual #3 star can bring lawsuits, disagreements and general issues with others. Please remember to take care as a lack of attention could end in a loss of time, energy and resources.

• Place a light in the southwest of your home or office. If you have a choice, a lamp with a wooden stand and a peach/red shade is better. Try to leave it on whenever you are using the room.

The Sun 4 wood star flies into the east as of 3^rd  February 2021 and can bring a lovely influence to your home or office when activated correctly. The #4 is a conditional star, and in period 8 (2004 – 2024), it is an auspicious star. The #4 star governs love, relationships, career, travel, creativity, academic, and self-development prospects, making this a very powerful area to enhance in 2021.

Although the #4 star is relationship star, please do not think that this cannot be useful in the workplace; when activated correctly, the east can bring fantastic career prospects and boost productivity in the workplace.

To enhance this beautiful influence, you should place a Ru Yuan Yi Cheng Wealth and wish enhancer in the east of your home or office during 2021. When using colours in the east this year, please avoid using fire colours such as red, pink and purple and please try to avoid lighting candles in the east as this will weaken the good influence.

If you wish to enhance areas of creativity and academic achievements, place or hang moving objects to enhance the Ch’i of this sector, do not use wind chimes. The 5 Yellow In 2021 – The annual 5 Yellow Lian Zhen star of tragedy is located in the southeast palace.

In 2021, the southeast of every building around the world will be affected by the vicious effects of the annual #5 earth star. If left untreated can cause problems to all occupants ranging from a major illness, accidents, fatalities or bankruptcy so please make sure you treat the southeast with the appropriate cures. The southeast is going to need some good quality metal cures this year and will need to be kept calm and quiet to avoid activating this inauspicious star.

Although the southeast will be a very afflicted area during 2021, please do not feel that there is no solution to this; with Feng Shui, there is always a way to manage or dissipate an inauspicious star, and if you place the relevant cures and keep the area calm and settled, you can avoid activating this area  and avoid any problems that the annual #5 star can bring.

In 2021, year of the Yin Metal Ox Xin Chou, Tsai Shen Yeh is one of the most essential annual Feng Shui cures and enhancers to place in the southeast to protect your wealth and good luck. In 2021 and you must only use a gold coloured Tsai She Yeh and not be tempted to use a red one.

Most of Michael and Jo’s kitchen is in the southeast of their home, and like most homes, this is the central hub with visitors sitting around and chatting at the kitchen table, and they will generally spend a lot of time in there so for 2021, they will be taking the following steps to ensure they can still use this area and avoid problems –

• They will be avoiding orange, purple, lilac, pink, burgundy and red decorations and tea towels in the southeast as this would feed the bad earth star and cause problems
• They will be hanging a Six rod hollow metal wind chime in the southeast for 2021

If the southeast of your home or office falls into a bedroom, office or other important room such as a living room, it is very important that this area is treated similarly to the steps above as human interaction will make this area very more likely to be activated. If you have a main door in the southeast, please make sure that you follow the advice for this year and ensure that the door is not slammed shut as this will activate the harmful effects of the annual #5. Peace, along with strong metal cures, will help avoid the effects of this star.

If you can, avoid any renovation or groundbreaking; this includes building an extension, knocking through an internal wall, laying a patio, replacing a bathroom suite and all other similar activities. If you have no choice but to carry out work this year, please try to do this when we have a promising monthly star fly into the southeast which would be in May, July, September and December 2021.

My general rule of thumb when carrying out small tasks in a minor area such as hammering a nail to hang a picture or drill a hole is to minimise as much noise as you can; if you can use a manual hand drill, it is better to be safe than sorry.

If you would prefer not to use traditional Feng Shui cures in 2021, please do not worry as there is still a lot of ways to weaken the negative influence of the annual #5 star this year. I would recommend some good quality, heavy metal into the southeast of your home or office such as a stainless-steel dog bowl and weight lifting plates.

Good shapes are items made from metal that are round. Please make sure that you don’t disturb the southeast with any noisy activities, renovations or maintenance work. Houses with gardens to this corner of the property should avoid disturbing the ground with major digging or building work in the southeast.

A pendulum chiming clock in the southeast is a very effective cure this year, and while this contradicts what I said about keeping the area quiet, the chiming sound of the clock is as important as the moving metal of the pendulum. In the old days, they would have had someone striking a gong quietly every 15 to 60 minutes.

Another powerful cure for the southeast is to place a brass Wu Lou or gold coloured gourd to protect wealth and avoid legal problems, arguments, disputes and loss of wealth.

Whatever you do, please do not place any red objects, bright lights, candles or red coloured furnishing in the southeast of your home or office from 3^rd  February 2021 to 3rd February 2022 as this will only cause harm and aggravate the #5 yellow.

Do not worry if you have these colours already and cannot remove them, introduce some metal colours into the southeast such as white, silver, gold or copper in the way of a floor mat, cushions, throws, tablecloth or such like. You can also use dark blue or black if you prefer.
